The TP models are also nice and quiet. In fact this is one of the best things about it. Its no good having a state of the art pc if its sits in your living room sounding like a helicopters hovering overhead.  One great idea sony has included is the HDMI out connector for high definition films. Also check out the connections for all your pc needs. We expect thoses who want a beautiful looking pc to show off to friends, will be buying this pc this year.

This was a difficult review considering there are so many too choose from. However in the end it came down to looks speed and portability.  Of course there where faster models the aw series for istance is much quicker, however this is reflected also in the price.  This really is a James Bond type laptop. The laptop is sexy in hot red. It has a built in motion eye camera.  Touch sensitive controls. The blu - ray disk makes this laptop future proof too, meaning you wont have to upgrade it for a while as the next generation has blu ray why not have it now?.  This really is a sexy looking laptop its small witha 14.1 inch x black screen ( x black meaning very high def shiny lcd.)  It also has the new isolation keyboard making typing easier. This is one of the latest of sony vaio models to be released.  The performance is great too. The intel Centrino core 2 duo processor makes it very quick and with 4 gigs of ram its lightning fast.

   The processor speed is 2.26 mhz. Can you imagine a laptop with a massive 320 gb hard drive ? Yes this means all those pictures and videos can be stored with ease with still tons of space left over. No need for an external drive with this laptop.  The other thing to mention is the wireless technology this laptop has. You may recall wireless 802.11 a then we had b then g this laptop has n meaning its faster and can pick up networks from greater distances. As this laptop is fats you can enjoy games too. The grapghics card is the NVIDIA GeForce 9300M. Still want more?  Ok there are 3 usb ports, 1 memory stick port for cameras.  Bluetooth is standard on sony laptops these days meaning you can send pictures on your mobile phone straight to your laptop.

 McAfee Internet Security Suite (with 60 days free virus update) means theres peace of mind in case of virus attacks. One great and wonderful thing that sony has now built into all of their laptops is a recovery partition. This is great in case the system ever stops working or becomes corrupt.  All you have to do is press F10 as the laptop boots and wizz the laptop is back to how it was when you bought it. We loved this laptop, the looks and feel are great, it really is the ideal gift for a man.

This laptop is great for games. For demanding games these days you need loads of power and an impressive graphics card. This laptop  ships with an 18.4 x black wide screen.  Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T9600 running at 2.8 ghz and above. 4 gigs of ram ensures all games can played on this laptop.  It has an ssd flash drive for serious photo editing. The amazing thing is the hard disk with a massive 500 gb hard disk. Gamers always want to know about the graphics card and this laptop packs a NVIDIA® GeForce® 9600M GT GPU with a huge 512 mb ram. As this machine has the new Blu-Ray disk and a HDMI port you can connect it to a plasma screen and watch all the latest Blu-Ray films.

The wireless is impressive too, with the new 802.11a/b/g/Draft n producing immpressive speeds and range for any wireless applications.  The built in camera also got us wondering if we should buy this laptop just to say we have one ….

The only thing we would recommend as with all laptops and especially those for games is to make sure the fans are cleaned out every couple of months as if not over- heating can occur.  If this laptop doesnt impress you enough and you want Blu Ray disk and a good gaming laptop Then you might as well buy a new Sony Playstation 3. Sony has just released the new 160 gb playstation 3, meaning you can store even more games more music and more videos on this fantastic gaming machine. The best advice we can give really is to buy the playstation 3 as if you use it with a Plasma screen you have lots of view for games. Playstation in the past always lagged behind when it came to game releases. That is now long in the past and every game out on the xbox can also be purchased on the platstation 3. You can also purchase the remote control. When we tested the Playstation against the x box we could see no clear winner. However as the Playstation 3 has Blu-Ray it is worth paying the extra cash so that you can watch all those blu ray films over the holidays.  The latest models are currently selling on Amazon, the price you will expect to pay now is around £300.00 for the 160gb model.

This screen is better than the led screens that have had many problems latley and also are much tougher. You will expect to pay around the £700.00 mark for this cute beauty. My wife has this laptop and absolutly loves it.  She likes it, for the reason that I bought it. Pure looks.  My advice is although the CR range come in many colours, Sony sell a lot more pink laptops than any of the other colour, so try to get in early for this one.  This laptop will be a big seller for sony.  One model that we have seen before is the Sony VGN- C1S this laptop is just as beautiful but when it was released it sold out very quick just becuase of the colour. This new model will go exactly the same way.  Demand will outstrip supply:- forget the credit crunch this laptop will be a massive seller over christmas,  Watch this space…..

Sony calls this laptop simple casual and smart. Heres a good buy. The Sony vaio NR series laptop. This laptop is certainly value for money for those on a  tight budget.  Rolling in at around the £400.00 mark this laptop has great specs if you want a sony vaio laptop but need to carefull with cash in todays shaky climate. The credit crunch is taking a hold on buyers and this laptop will be great for those who want to pull in thier belts this year.  The processor is an  Intel Pentium Dual Core T2390 / 1.86 GHz and can handle most applications. Similar models in the NR range have even faster processors.  It ships with 3 gigs of ram, 200 gb hard drive and dvd -rw.  The screen is nice too with 15. 4 x black ( meaning its shiny ) ensures it looks great too.  As with all laptops on sale at the moment they all have windows vista.  The good news is if 3 gigs of ram is not enough you can easilly upgrade it with an extra gig of ram for just £25.00. Amazon are selling this this memory very cheap. If you do place an order you will need 1 gig ddr2.
