The best advice we can give really is to buy the playstation 3 as if you use it with a Plasma screen you have lots of view for games. Playstation in the past always lagged behind when it came to game releases. That is now long in the past and every game out on the xbox can also be purchased on the platstation 3. You can also purchase the remote control. When we tested the Playstation against the x box we could see no clear winner. However as the Playstation 3 has Blu-Ray it is worth paying the extra cash so that you can watch all those blu ray films over the holidays.  The latest models are currently selling on Amazon, the price you will expect to pay now is around £300.00 for the 160gb model.

Sony calls this laptop simple casual and smart. Heres a good buy. The Sony vaio NR series laptop. This laptop is certainly value for money for those on a  tight budget.  Rolling in at around the £400.00 mark this laptop has great specs if you want a sony vaio laptop but need to carefull with cash in todays shaky climate. The credit crunch is taking a hold on buyers and this laptop will be great for those who want to pull in thier belts this year.  The processor is an  Intel Pentium Dual Core T2390 / 1.86 GHz and can handle most applications. Similar models in the NR range have even faster processors.  It ships with 3 gigs of ram, 200 gb hard drive and dvd -rw.  The screen is nice too with 15. 4 x black ( meaning its shiny ) ensures it looks great too.  As with all laptops on sale at the moment they all have windows vista.  The good news is if 3 gigs of ram is not enough you can easilly upgrade it with an extra gig of ram for just £25.00. Amazon are selling this this memory very cheap. If you do place an order you will need 1 gig ddr2.
